Stage 1: Identity & Compliance (The Portable Portfolio)
Objective: Set up your universal NRICH profile and share credentials with your new organization.
Step 1: Accepting Your Invitation
Action: Check your email for an invite from the organization.
Context: Use your existing NRICH account if you have one. Your profile is yours; you carry it with you to every organization you work for.
Step 2: Completing Onboarding Requirements
Action: Navigate to your profile in the NRICH Coach App to upload required documents.
Key Tasks: Upload your onboarding requirements info.
Note: You cannot be assigned to classes until the Admin approves these documents.
Stage 2: Availability & Scheduling
Objective: Managing your work-life balance and viewing your upcoming sessions.
Step 3: Setting Availability & Requesting Time Off
Action: Use the app's calendar to mark when you are available.
Action: Submit Time Off Requests for vacations or medical appointments.
Value: Once an Admin approves your time off, NRICH’s "Smart Logic" prevents you from being accidentally scheduled for classes during those dates.
Step 4: Viewing the Unified Scheduler
Context: View all assigned Shifts (internal meetings/setup) and Sessions (paid classes) in one combined view, even if you work for multiple different organizations.
Stage 3: Field Operations (Game Day)
Objective: Executing professional sessions and communicating with families.
Step 5: Managing the Active Roster
Action: Open your session in the app to view the Student Roster.
Task: Mark Student Attendance (Present/Absent) in real-time.
Step 6: Accessing Curriculums
Action: View program-specific descriptions and curriculum notes provided by the Admin so you know exactly what to teach that day.
Step 7: Completing the "End of Session Ticket"
Action: At the end of every class, fill out your session notes and submit the ticket.
Critical Note: No Ticket = No Pay. Submitting this ticket is what alerts the Admin to validate your session and move your money to Payroll.
Stage 4: Financial Management
Objective: Tracking your income and receiving payouts.
Step 8: Monitoring the Universal Wallet
Action: Visit the Wallet tab in your app.
Context: See a combined ledger of all earnings from every organization you coach for.
Step 9: Tracking Pending vs. Released Payouts
Action: Track your earnings as they move from "Pending" (Waiting for Admin validation) to "Released" (Money sent to your bank).
Step 10: Accepting Manual Payments
Context: View one-time bonuses or reimbursements sent by your Admin directly to your digital wallet.
💡 Quick-Reference: The Coach’s "Golden Rule"
"Check the App, Submit the Ticket." > Your entire professional relationship with the organization—from showing the Admin you are legally compliant (W-9) to proving you were on the field (Attendance) to getting paid (Session Ticket)—is managed entirely through the NRICH Coach Mobile App.
📋 Coach’s Guide: From Invite to Earnings
Coaches use the mobile app as their primary tool for field management and communication.
Onboarding:
Accept your initial email invitation and upload all required documents (IDs, certifications) via the web based onboarding tool.
Schedule Management:
Accept or Deny: When invited to a Season or Shift, respond in the app. Acceptance automatically syncs the roster, location, and curriculum to your mobile scheduler.
Request Time Off: Proactively set your unavailability in the app so admins don't schedule you during those times.
Session Execution:
Start Session: Within 15 minutes of the start time, hit "Start Session" to alert the admin you are on-site.
Track Attendance: Open the session QR Code for participants to scan, or manually mark attendance to ensure safety and records are up to date.
Review Curriculum: Access the lesson plans directly in the app to stay on track with the organization's standards.
Post-Session & Pay:
Complete the Ticket: Fill out the End of Session Ticket (survey). This is your digital "sign-off" regarding attendance and internal notes.
The Wallet: Once the admin validates your ticket, check your Wallet ledger to see your earnings and manage your bank account for payouts.
