Who can access the NRICH Web Dashboard? Access is strictly reserved for Administrators and Managers. This is your organizational command center for financials, program building, and staffing.
Can a Coach log into the web dashboard? No. Coaches are restricted from the web application to protect sensitive organizational data. They manage their entire workflow via the NRICH Coach Mobile App.
Can a Parent manage their child’s schedule on the web? Parents use the web Marketplace for browsing and purchasing. However, all active session details, schedules, and real-time updates are handled exclusively through the NRICH Parent Mobile App.
How do I manage multiple franchises or locations? Use the Businesses tab on the web dashboard to create separate entities. You can toggle between them instantly using the organization switcher in the top navigation bar.
Can I use different bank accounts for different locations? Yes. When creating a business on the web dashboard, you can toggle Stripe Payments to connect a unique account or share an existing one.
How do I update my business branding? In Manage Business, click Edit Business to upload a 1:1 logo and widescreen banner for the marketplace.
How do I put my NRICH store on my own website? Copy the Widget script from the web dashboard and embed it into your website’s HTML.

How do I invite a new Manager? Go to Business Users on the web dashboard, click Invite Manager, and assign them a specific Role (Admin, Technical Director, or Volunteer).
When can a Coach see my organization's data? A coach has zero access to your information until you send an invitation and they Accept it.
How do I ensure my coaches have submitted their tax forms? Check the W-9 box under 'Onboarding Requirements' when inviting them. They must upload this via their mobile app before they can be activated.
What happens after a coach uploads their documents? Their status moves to Waiting for Approval. You must review these on the web dashboard’s Coach tab and click Approve to activate them.
How do I handle staff time-off requests? In the web Scheduler, click the yellow Time Off button. Approved requests automatically block that coach from being scheduled.
Can I assign a coach to a full season at once? Yes. When assigning a coach in the web Scheduler, select the Full Season schedule type.

What is the difference between a "Season" and an "Event"? Seasons are recurring classes (Summer League), while Events are one-time occurrences (fundraisers/clinics). Both are created on the web dashboard.
What is a "Shift"? A Shift is for internal workforce management. They appear on the staff's mobile calendar but are never visible to the public.
How do I quickly create a new season based on an old one? Use the Duplicate icon on the web dashboard to copy the structure of an existing program.
How do I manage "Drop-in" pricing? In the program settings, toggle Enable Drop-in Price to allow single-session purchases on the marketplace.

When will I see my schedule? You will see organization details, rosters, and schedules only after you have accepted an invitation from that specific business.
Can I work for multiple organizations? Yes. Your profile is portable. Once accepted by multiple businesses, all your various shifts will sync into your one mobile app.
How do I see my schedule? Open your mobile app calendar to see all assigned shifts, sessions, and events in one view.
How do I get paid? After class, submit your Session Ticket in the app. Once the admin validates it on their dashboard, your earnings hit your Universal Wallet.
Do I have to upload my W-9 for every new job? No. You maintain one professional portfolio in the app and share it with organizations that invite you.
How do I know what to teach? Once assigned to a class, the organization’s Curriculum and Student Rosters populate directly in your app.
How do I mark attendance? Use the Student Attendance section within the active session in your mobile app.
What if I’m sick? Submit a Time Off request through the app. Admins will review it on the web dashboard and approve the absence.
Where do I see my total earnings? The Wallet tab in your app shows your total ledger across every organization you coach for.
