View Your Schedule: Click on the Scheduler tab at the top. You can choose to see your classes by the Month, Week, or Day.
Pick a Class: Find the class you want to manage (like "Swim Stars") and click on it.
See Who’s Coaching: A box will pop up showing which coaches have already accepted the job and who is still "Pending" (waiting to say yes).
Add a New Coach: Click the Available tab to see a list of coaches who are free. Click Add next to the person you want.
Set the Job Details: * Choose if they are a Head Coach or an Assistant.
Decide if they are coaching the Full Season or just this one Session.
Set their pay as a Fixed Rate (e.g., $20 for the class) or Hourly.
Confirm: Click Assign Coach. They will instantly receive a notification on their phone with all the details they need to show up and lead the class!
