Orders and Payments in NRICH

Goal: To help you find specific orders and handle customer refunds when necessary.

  1. Open Your Orders Tab: Click on Orders in the left-hand menu. This shows you every payment made to your business.

  2. Filter Your View: Use the tabs at the top (Pending, Paid, Failed, Refunded) to quickly find specific groups of orders.

  3. See the Details: Click on any order number to see exactly who paid, which child was signed up, and what class they are attending.

  4. Issue a Refund: If a parent needs their money back, find their order and click the Refund button.

  5. Choose the Amount: You can choose a Full Refund to return all the money, or a Partial Refund if you are only giving back a portion (like after a cancellation fee).

  6. Explain Why: Type in a reason for the refund (e.g., "Injury" or "Moving") so you have it for your records, and click Refund.
