Notifications and Actions in the Dashboard

Goal: To stay organized by reviewing alerts, approving finished classes, and tracking new sales.

  1. Open Your Notifications: At the top right of your dashboard, you'll find three main tabs: Notifications, Actions, and Orders.

  2. Check for "To-Dos": The Actions tab shows you things that need your approval, like "End of Session Tickets."

  3. Approve a Class: Click on an action to see the class details. You can see which students were present and which coaches worked. If everything looks correct, click Validate Session.

  4. Manage Your Team: The Notifications tab shows you updates on staff, such as when a coach's account is activated or when a time-off request is approved.

  5. Track Sales: The Orders tab gives you a live feed of every purchase made on your marketplace.

  6. Clear the Clutter: Once you've seen your alerts, you can click Mark all as read to keep your workspace clean.
