Managing and Creating Multiple Businesses

Goal: To create and manage multiple different business branches from a single NRICH account.

  1. Open the Settings Manager: Click on Businesses in the left-hand menu.

  2. View Your Portfolio: You’ll see a list of all the businesses you manage. Each one can have its own separate bank account (Stripe) or they can share one.

  3. Add a New Location or Business: Click the plus icon (+) in the top right.

  4. Enter Business Details: Type in the name of the new business and upload its specific logo and banner so it looks unique to customers.

  5. Choose Payment Settings: Decide if this new business will use Stripe for payments and NRICH Payroll for staff.

  6. Invite an Owner: If you want someone else to manage this specific branch, you can invite them as a "Business Owner" directly.

  7. Switch Between Businesses: To change which business you are looking at, click the NRICH logo/dropdown menu at the very top of your screen. You can jump from one academy to another instantly!
