Managing User Roles and Access in NRICH

Goal: To add a new manager or admin to your team and choose exactly what parts of the system they can see.

  1. Go to Business Users: On your main dashboard, click on Business Users in the left-hand menu.

  2. Start a New Invite: Click the purple Invite button in the top right corner.

  3. Enter Manager Info: Type in the person's first name, last name, and email address.

  4. Choose a Role: Under "Assign Roles," select the type of access they need:

    • Admin: Full access to everything.

    • NRICH Technical Director: Access to specific technical parts of the product.

    • Volunteer: Limited access for club or team support.

  5. Send the Invite: Click the Create button. They will receive an email to join your organization with the permissions you just set.
