Navigating your Manage Business

Goal: To help you set up your business profile, manage legal forms, and share your registration page with parents.

  1. From your dashboard, click on Manage Business in the left-hand menu.

  2. Update Your Info: Click the Edit Business button at the top right. Here, you can change your business name, address, phone number, and upload your logo and banner images.

  3. Check Your Stats: On the main page, you can see how much money you’ve made this month, your total orders, and your average order price.

  4. Set Up Waivers: Scroll down to the "Liability and Consent Waiver" section. This is where you manage the forms parents must sign (like medical releases or photo consent). You can click Add Consent to create a new one.

  5. Request Staff Paperwork: Use the "Onboarding Submission Documents" section to tell coaches what they need to upload (like a W-9 or Background Check) when they join your team.

  6. Share Your Store: On the right side, you’ll find your Marketplace QR Code and a link. You can download the QR code to put on flyers or copy the "Widget" code to put your registration list directly on your own website.
