Creating and Managing Live Seasons and Events

Start a New Season: From your dashboard, click the Create Live Season button in the top right.

Basic Details: Give your season a name, upload a nice cover photo, and select the sport (like "Soccer" or "Tennis"). You can even pick multiple sports for one class!

Pick a Location: Choose where the classes will be held from your list of saved locations.

Set the Schedule: Pick a start and end date. Then, select which days of the week the class meets. You can even set different times for different days!

Excluding Dates: If there's a holiday or a day the gym is closed, just click those dates on the calendar to skip them.

Rules for Signing Up: Set how many students can join and what age or grade they need to be. You can even let parents sign themselves up for adult classes!

Setting the Price: Decide on the cost for the full season or a single 'drop-in' class. You can also offer an Early Bird discount for those who sign up before a certain date.

Paying your Staff: Set how much your head coaches and assistants will be paid per class.

Assign a Volunteer: If you have a parent or staff member helping out, add their email so they get all the updates.

Go Live: Click Save & Publish to put your new class on the NRICH marketplace!
